Sous Coocker Professional

Both Sous Cooker Professional and Pro Chef have a temperature sensor whose stability is guaranteed for the entire life of the product, which does not need to be re-calibrated over time. Sous Cooker Professional also presents the innovative function of Phase Thermal Cooking Sequence (briefly called TPS, Thermal Phases Sequence) used for curing and tenderizing meat, for hot aging, for thawing followed by cooking the product and for diversified cooking both on the basis of temperature and on the basis of cooking times.
