Elegen was born in 2002 thanks to the twenty-year experience of its creator Luigi Quaglia in the field of electronic and mechanical design and production. Elegen is located in Scandiano, in the province of Reggio Emilia, an area of great traditions and entrepreneurial culture.
The company proposes itself as a supplier of products for the preservation and vacuum cooking of food, designed and manufactured by Elegen specifically for the customer. Thanks to the experience and expertise acquired, Elegen products are technologically advanced and always at the highest levels both in terms of performance and reliability.
