Ho.Re.Ca equipment manufacturers since 2002, our goal is the continuous search for the highest quality of products. Our machines are recognized by all Ho.Re.Ca environments as an expression of the highest quality globally.
Elegen produces vacuum packaging machines of all sizes and for all uses, from the plastic household to the professional vacuum machine, up to the wheeled vacuum machine for large productions. Still in the Ho.Re.Ca sector we are present with a range of low temperature vacuum cookers, called soft coockers or sous vide.
Elegen has been investing many of its resources in research and development for years.
